KARACHI – Luscious Cosmetics has launched FreshLabs, a Korean skincare brand developed through a joint venture with a South Korean laboratory, marking the company’s entry into Pakistan’s skincare market after nearly two decades in the beauty industry.

The company said FreshLabs combines Korean skincare technology with products tailored to Pakistan’s climate and common skin concerns, including acne, pigmentation, dehydration, uneven skin texture and a weakened skin barrier.

According to Luscious Cosmetics, the new brand aims to make Korean skincare more accessible to Pakistani consumers by offering products designed for local needs at competitive price points.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer Mehrbano Sethi said the company was seeking to replicate its success in the cosmetics segment by bringing Korean skincare innovation to the local market.

“With Luscious Cosmetics, we proved Pakistani makeup could compete with the world’s best brands in makeup. FreshLabs is the same concept applied to skincare — world-class Korean innovation, built for our skin concerns, climate and price points,” she said.

Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce tie the knot: Details about ‘America’s Royal Wedding’

LONDON – US singer-songwriter Taylor Swift and National Football League (NFL) star Travis Kelce were married in a private ceremony at New York’s Madison Square Garden on Friday, ending months of speculation surrounding their relationship.

The couple exchanged vows during an intimate ceremony attended by family members, close friends and several high-profile figures from the entertainment and sports industries.

According to Swift’s publicist, Tree Paine, the ceremony was officiated by actor Adam Sandler. Instead of traditional bridesmaids and groomsmen, Swift’s brother Austin Swift served as her man of honour, while Kelce’s brother Jason Kelce was his best man.

Swift wore a Christian Dior Haute Couture gown paired with Christian Louboutin shoes and Cartier jewellery, while Kelce also opted for Dior for the occasion.

The wedding was held under tight security, with reports indicating that guests were required to sign non-disclosure agreements and refrain from carrying mobile phones inside the venue.

Among those reported to have attended were Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Hugh Grant, Dakota Johnson, Camila Cabello and Benson Boone.

Ahead of the ceremony, fans gathered outside Madison Square Garden, singing Swift’s songs and hoping to catch a glimpse of the couple and their guests. However, heavy rain and thunderstorms later dispersed much of the crowd.

According to media reports, the celebrations began with a rehearsal dinner on Thursday evening, followed by cocktails and a reception on Friday. Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw reportedly performed during the festivities, while Ed Sheeran was also rumoured to have made an appearance.

Swift’s spokesperson also said the couple donated $26 million to charities across the United States, including organisations in New York and Kansas City, to mark the occasion.

The marriage follows Swift and Kelce’s engagement, which the singer announced in August 2025. Swift is a 14-time Grammy Award winner and recently released her album The Life of a Showgirl, while Kelce is preparing for his 14th NFL season with the Kansas City Chiefs.
