New Delhi – Rumors coming from India suggest that both the vivo X200 FE and the X Fold5 will launch on the same day: July 10. This means that they both will be the center of attention at the same launch event.
Vivo X200 FE:
According to rumors, the X200 model will feature a 6.31-inch flat OLED screen with a “1.5K” resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It is expected to include an under-display fingerprint sensor and will be powered by either the Dimensity 9300+ or the Dimensity 9400e chipset. The camera system will consist of a 50 MP main camera utilizing Sony’s IMX921 sensor, a 50 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom also featuring Sony’s IMX882 sensor, and an 8 MP ultrawide camera.
The phone will feature a 50 MP camera for selfies and will be offered in two storage options: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage. It will have an IP68 and IP69 rating, ensuring dust and water resistance. Additionally, the device will be equipped with a 6,500 mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging. The overall weight of the phone is expected to be around 200 grams.
Vivo X Fold 5:
The X Fold5 will feature an 8.03-inch foldable AMOLED display with a “2K+” resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it will have a 6.53-inch LTPO OLED cover screen, also with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The device will be powered by a powerful 6,000 mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 30W wireless charging.
The device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 system-on-chip (SoC), and it will have 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It will feature a 50 MP main camera that uses the same sensor as the X200 FE, a 50 MP ultrawide camera with autofocus, and a 50 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, also utilizing the IMX882 sensor. As for selfies, the device will be equipped with two 32 MP front-facing cameras.
The device will include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a three-stage Alert Slider button, and an IP rating. The X Fold5 will be 4.3mm thick when unfolded and 9.33mm thick when folded.
