New York – Kanye West, formerly known as Kanye Omari West, 24 24-time Grammy winner, recently shared that he dreams of apologizing to Jay-Z. The controversial artist, known for his political statements and public outbursts, took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to say that he often thinks about making amends.
In his tweet, he wrote:
“All my dreams have been about apologizing to Jay-Z,” he wrote.
The Chicago rapper and producer criticized his mentor’s children earlier this year, suggesting that Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s young twins, Rumi and Sir Carter, might have mental disabilities. He humorously talked about their younger kids and made fun of them for artificial insemination.
He apologized to Jay-Z in another deleted post back in April, in which he said that he was “sorry” for posting that tweet.
Later that month, the troubled rap artist disclosed that he and Jay-Z had a falling out over a lyric regarding him wearing the infamous ‘Make America Great Again’ hat. It is pertinent to mention that Jay-Z and Kanye were collaborators in hit albums such as “Ni**as in Paris”, “Otis”, and “No Church in the Wild”. Another former collaborator, Pusha T, said that he doesn’t view him as “a man”.
