New Delhi – Samsung announced its device, the all-new Galaxy, in India. It is launched with a unique and new design with the updated camera island, but the specs are mostly the same as last year’s release of the Galaxy M36.
Specifications of Samsung Galaxy M36
The Galaxy M36 features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+. It has a waterdrop notch at the top for a 13MP selfie camera. On the back, the device is equipped with a 50MP main camera, along with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro camera.

Samsung has opted for its in-house Exynos 1380 chipset, which is paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and offers storage options of 128GB or 256GB. The device runs on One UI 7, based on Android 15, and Samsung is committed to providing six years of Android updates. It features a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W charging.
Galaxy M36 is available in three colors: Orange Haze, Velvet Black, and Serene Green. The starting price is INR 22,999 ($269) for the 6/128GB version, but during the launch offer, Samsung is reducing the price to INR 16,499 ($193). Open sales are scheduled to start on July 12 through Amazon India and Samsung’s official online store.
