REVOO launches pre-bookings for C35 electric bike series in Pakistan

Published

on

KARACHI – Electric mobility company REVOO has opened pre-bookings for its new C35 Series in Pakistan, introducing two electric bike models aimed at family use while offering early buyers a Rs10,000 launch discount.

The pre-booking campaign began on July 6 and will continue until July 31, 2026, or until available stocks are exhausted. Customers can reserve either model by paying a booking amount of Rs10,000, which will be adjusted against the final purchase price.

The new lineup comprises the C35 and the C35 Young, priced at Rs279,000 and Rs235,000, respectively. With the launch offer, the effective prices are reduced to Rs269,000 for the C35 and Rs225,000 for the C35 Young.

The company said the C35 Series has been developed with a focus on the transportation needs of Pakistani families and is being introduced under its “Chalo Aik Sath” campaign, which promotes shared mobility.

Speaking at the launch, REVOO Pakistan Country Head Kyle Zhang said motorcycles in Pakistan are commonly used by entire families rather than individual riders, adding that the new series was designed to reflect local commuting patterns while making the transition to electric mobility more affordable.

The entry-level C35 Young is powered by a 1,200-watt motor and offers a claimed range of 80 to 115 kilometres with a top speed of between 35 and 55 kilometres per hour. The company said the model is intended to provide an affordable entry point into electric mobility while retaining key safety and convenience features.

The higher-end C35 features an 1,800-watt motor and is equipped with 12-inch wheels, 170 millimetres of ground clearance and a 40-litre under-seat storage compartment. REVOO said the model has been designed to deliver reliable performance for both urban commuting and travel on rural roads.

Both motorcycles are equipped with the company’s Child Lock system, which requires a two-step process to disengage Parking Mode. According to REVOO, the feature is intended to reduce the risk of unintended vehicle movement caused by accidental button presses.

The company said the C35 Series reflects its strategy of developing electric motorcycles tailored to the everyday requirements of Pakistani households, with an emphasis on practicality, affordability and family-oriented mobility.

The pre-booking offer will remain valid until July 31, 2026, or while stocks last.

PESHAWAR – A tragic Peshawar triple murder has left a local community in shock. A man allegedly shot and killed his parents and his brother on Tuesday morning. The incident followed a domestic dispute in the Sarband area.

According to the Sarband Police Station, the shooting occurred during the early hours of the day. The suspect opened fire on his father, mother, and brother inside their residence. He then fled the scene to evade arrest.

Neighbors reported the gunfire to the authorities. A police contingent quickly arrived at the location to secure the area. Officers then transported the victims’ bodies to a nearby medical facility for mandatory postmortem examinations.

Investigation And Search Operation Underway

Following the horrific Peshawar triple murder, law enforcement authorities registered a formal case. They immediately launched a targeted search operation in the surrounding localities. The main goal is to apprehend the fleeing suspect.

Forensic teams are currently gathering evidence from the residence. Meanwhile, investigators are interviewing neighbors to determine the exact cause of the violence.

Local leadership has expressed deep concern over the incident. Officials are urging citizens to resolve domestic grievances through community mediation.

Rising Domestic Violence Concerns In KP

This deadly shooting marks the second major triple killing in the province within a single week. These incidents raise serious questions about the escalation of domestic conflicts. On July 3, three individuals, including two women, were fatally shot in an alleged honor killing in the Matta Mughal area of Shabqadar.

In that earlier case, no immediate family members stepped forward to file a complaint. Therefore, the state took legal action and registered the First Information Report (FIR) on behalf of the public.

Quantum sensor breakthrough explores dark matter

QUANTUM SCENSOR BREKATHROUGH
Generated with AI

KARACHI -A major quantum sensor breakthrough has brought scientists one step closer to solving the biggest mysteries of the universe. Researchers successfully unveiled a new prototype device today. This advanced technology could soon help detect dark matter and ancient gravitational waves.

The project relies on a highly advanced quantum system. The system utilizes two clouds of ultracold atoms to measure incredibly tiny forces. Until now, tracking these microscopic cosmic ripples was nearly impossible.

According to the engineering team, this new device offers unprecedented sensitivity. The sensor can detect environmental shifts at a subatomic scale. This capability opens a brand-new window into deep space exploration.

Unlocking the Puzzling Deep Universe

The primary goal of this quantum sensor breakthrough is to study what we cannot see. Dark matter makes up most of the universe’s mass. Yet, it remains completely invisible to traditional telescopes.

“We are building quantum detectors that could reveal some of the universe’s biggest secrets,” the lead researcher noted during the unveiling.

By measuring how dark matter interacts with ultracold atoms, the sensor can map invisible cosmic structures. For a deeper look at international physics research initiatives, readers can view the latest physics tracking metrics on the official Stockholm International Peace Research Institute Portal.

Mapping Ancient Waves From the Big Bang

Beyond dark matter, this technology targets ancient gravitational waves. These waves are ripples in the fabric of space and time. They were created during the earliest moments of the universe.

Current laser detectors can only spot massive cosmic collisions. However, this new device can find much smaller, older signals. Scientists believe these signals will help explain how the first galaxies formed.

The technology is expected to scale rapidly over the next decade. Production teams are already designing a space-ready version of the sensor. Putting these devices into orbit will eliminate interference from Earth’s gravity.

What Lies Ahead for Advanced Physics

The scientific community is welcoming the discovery with great excitement. Teams around the world are preparing to test the prototype in different environments. Initial field tests will begin late next month.

The research team will share their open-source data with global laboratories. This move aims to accelerate international development.

NATO Summit ANKARA

ISLAMABAD – The highly anticipated NATO Summit in Ankara officially opened today. The meeting brings together global leaders from across the alliance. These heads of state want to address critical security challenges. US President Donald Trump has already arrived in the Turkish capital. This crucial meeting comes at a time of heightened regional security concerns.

On Monday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. This meeting helped preview the grand event. The leaders quickly finalized the official summit agenda. They also discussed current global security issues.

According to official statements, collective defense is the main focus of the talks. Leaders will also prioritize expanding cooperation. They want deeper ties within the global defense industry.

Billions in New Defense Spending

A major highlight of the NATO Summit in Ankara is defense production. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte made a big announcement. He stated that the alliance will unveil tens of billions of dollars in new military contracts.

“We will announce tens of billions in new contracts that will provide the crucial kit we need to deter and defend,” Rutte stated ahead of the opening session.

These major contract announcements aim to reassure the United States. European allies want to show they are sharing more of the defense burden. For a deeper look at global military expenditures, readers can view the latest international defense tracking metrics on the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute Portal.

Allies Push Toward Ambitious 5% GDP Goal

During the historic NATO Summit in Ankara, member nations will present concrete plans. These credible plans will show how they intend to scale up national defense budgets. The alliance is working toward an ambitious long-term goal. They want member states investing 5% of their gross domestic product (GDP) into defense by the year 2035.

Progress toward this target has already accelerated over the last year. European allies and Canada are currently investing an average of 4% of their GDP into security initiatives. Analysts believe the meetings in Turkey will lock in these commitments for the next decade.
