Aamir Liaquat Hussain hospitalised after pain in chest

KARACHI – PTI lawmaker and televangelist Aamir Liaquat Hussain was rushed to the emergency of a hospital in the port city Friday night following complaints of chest pain.

The news was shared from personal Twitter handle of Hussain along with pictures in which it can be seen that he is being provided medical treatment.

“Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed concerns and instructed doctors to pay full attention,” read the tweet.

Recently, the TV host was spotted at a gathering arranged by the Opposition parties at the Sindh House amid no-confidence motion against the prime minister.

He attended the gathering a day after the premier nominated PML-Q leader Moonis Elahi for the post of Punjab chief minister after Usman Buzdar resigned.

Aamir Liaquat Hussain had lashed out at the prime minister for his decision.
