AFNS admissions open: Apply in Pak Army as a Nurse

RAWALPINDI – The admissions for the Armed Forces Nursing Services (AFNS) BSc Nursing Program for Entry 2025 to invite female candidates to join as commissioned officers have been officially announced by the Pakistan Army.

According to the official website of the Pakistan army, candidates can only register through the internet between 29 June and August 14, 2025.

This program is a golden opportunity for the hardworking and dedicated women of the nation to serve the country and pursue a professional nursing career.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Type of Commission: AFNS – BSc Nursing (Female)
• Qualifications Required:

1. Matric with Science: Minimum 60% marks
2. FSc (Pre-Medical): Minimum 50% marks

• Age Limit: 17 to 25 years as on November 01, 2025.

The candidates who are interested in applying can visit the official Pakistan Army website (joinpakarmy.gov.pk) for more details or visit the nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centre in their city.

The candidates who will pass the exams will be interviewed by the General Headquarters (GHQ) selection board. The candidates’ interviews will be held at Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Quetta, Peshawar, and Karachi. The final selection of the candidate will be made after seeing her overall performance.
