New York – Miley Cyrus confessed that she was feeling like a “misfit” at the 2025 Met Gala. The songwriter and former actress said that the fact that she wasn’t part of a group representing a particular designer made her uncomfortable.
She added that she was wearing Alaïa, which doesn’t have a table, making her a misfit for the event. However, she said that it never mattered to her; she made these comments in a podcast. The ‘Flowers’ hitmaker added that she is no stranger to feeling uncomfortable, as everything comfortable is taken away from you.
Miley, 32, wore a black, long-sleeved, cropped leather jacket and a full-length black shirt. She also made a suggestion that every guest should be given permission to bring a plus one for the stylist.
The ‘Last Song Actress’ mentioned a “memorable” conversation with her fellow singer and songwriter Jon Batiste. According to Miley, Jon Batiste asked her about her favourite key to sing in, a question never been asked to her before. Jon continued to add, “I’m guessing it’s a G or a C.” The actress was perplexed and right away said, “You’re my friend”. She also confirmed his judgment by saying, “He was right – G and C.
