Sabrina Carpenter addresses ‘overexposed’ criticism

New York – Sabrina Carpenter, known for playing her role as Maya Hart, has recently hit back at her critics who expressed their concerns, saying that the ‘Espresso’ singer is overexposing herself. Sabrina Carpenter, 26, released her sixth album, Short n’ Sweet, for which she is on a promotional tour until late November.

Sabrina will release her seventh album, Man’s Best Friend. She addressed criticism of overexposing herself and said that if she wanted to, she could have stretched out Short n’ Sweet for much longer. She further added that she is at that phase of her life where she will write and make something that inspires her.

Furthermore, she said that she doesn’t want to wait for three years for the sake of waiting for three years, as it’s all about what feels right, and she is learning about it a lot more, regardless of what is right or wrong.

She hinted at making the most out of her popularity, even though nothing lasts forever; however, she said that it was the most beautiful phase in her life, and she wants to continue making things as long as she is feeling this way. It is pertinent to mention that her previous five albums were complete flops in the charts.

Her seventh album, Man’s Best Friend, is set to be released on Friday, 29 August 2025. She recently released her lead track of this album, Manchild, which caught fans off guard.
