LAHORE – The last day of Eid-ul-Azha is full of festivities, and social gatherings continue as people go on family outings. The third and last day of Eid-ul-Azha is being observed with some people still in the midst of sacrificing animals, while some are in other activities.

Families who welcome guests are hosting dinners by hiring professional chefs to make traditional and delicious dishes to ensure a lovely experience for the guests. The ones who completed the sacrifice of sacrificial animals are busy meeting with relatives and friends. A sense of hospitality is seen nationwide.

Parks, recreational areas, and shopping centers are bustling with families, youth, and children taking advantage of the holiday to enjoy outings, which adds to the festive spirit. The lively crowds and vibrant atmosphere reflect the nation’s shared happiness and sense of community during the Eid celebrations.

Hospitals across the country are experiencing a significant increase in gastroenteritis cases, as many residents are suffering from serious symptoms due to overeating meat during Eid. Over 9,000 patients have been admitted to government hospitals with symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Medical authorities are urging the public to take precautions to prevent foodborne illnesses during this festive period.
