Pakistan’s coronavirus cases reach 234,470 death toll soars to 4839

LAHORE – Pakistan on Tuesday recorded 234,470 confirmed Coronavirus cases while the tally stands at 4839 for those who breathed their last owing to the pandemic.

The country has, however, recorded 134,957 recoveries so far the most populous province Punjab, ruled by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, recorded the maximum number of cases.

Have a look at numbers of COVID-19 confirmed cases, recovered patients, and the death toll in Pakistan:

Total confirmed cases: 234,470

Punjab: 82,699

Sindh: 96,236

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 27,506

Balochistan: 10,841

Islamabad: 13,557

Gilgit-Baltistan  &  AJK: 2970

Deaths: 48,39

Recovered: 134,917
